Why we don't offer economy hotels. We deliberately avoid the cheapest end of the market. Those properties are where most of the complaints, the unpleasant surprises and the "this isn't what I was promised" moments come from — and we won't put our name to a standard we can't stand behind. If your budget only stretches to an economy hotel, we'll tell you honestly rather than book you into something we know will disappoint you.
