My name is Hamza, founder of Sirat Elite Travels. Over the last few years I've been blessed with the opportunity to visit Saudi Arabia three times — twice for Umrah and once for Hajj. Those journeys taught me something that many people only realise after they arrive: the quality of your Umrah experience is often decided by the information you receive before you travel.
Unfortunately, many travellers are given incomplete or misleading information about hotels, distances, transportation, and what to realistically expect during their journey. I've personally experienced different hotels, different travel arrangements, different levels of comfort, and the different challenges that pilgrims can face. That is why Sirat Elite Travels was created.
Our goal is simple: to provide honest guidance, transparent information, and personalized Umrah planning, so that you can make informed decisions based on your budget, your expectations, and your travel requirements.
We believe every traveller is different. Some prefer premium hotels within walking distance of the Haram. Others choose more modest hotels and focus primarily on worship while keeping costs lower. Neither option is right or wrong — what matters is understanding exactly what you are booking before you travel. So we take the time to explain the real differences between hotels, transportation options, walking distances, and package categories, so there are no surprises.
We also guide our pilgrims before departure — sharing practical advice, preparation tips, Umrah guidance, and recommendations based on real experience. While no journey is ever completely free from challenges, our mission is to help you travel with confidence, realistic expectations, and the support you need throughout your journey.
