Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions pilgrims ask us most. Don't see yours? Message us — we'll always give you an honest answer.

There's no single price — it depends on when you travel, how close your hotel is to the Haram, your flights, and how many people are travelling. Ramadan and holiday periods cost far more than the quiet months for the same experience. Rather than quote a figure that might be misleading, we ask for your dates, departure city, group size and budget, then give you a real, itemised price. You'll always see what you're paying for.

Yes — always. We don't run fixed group departures where you're placed alongside strangers. Every journey we arrange is private to the people travelling: your family, your friends, or your own group. Nothing is pre-decided, and your itinerary is built on request around your dates, budget and preferences.

We work with 3, 4 and 5-star hotels only. We deliberately avoid the cheapest economy properties, because that's where most complaints and unpleasant surprises come from — and we won't put our name to a standard we can't stand behind. If your budget only stretches to an economy hotel, we'll tell you honestly rather than book you into something we know will disappoint you.

Honestly, no. A very low price usually means something has been cut — a hotel much further from the Haram than implied, long transit flights, or costs that appear later. That's exactly why we don't deal in economy properties at all. Our job is to make sure you understand the trade-offs before you book, not to win you with a number that falls apart when you arrive.

At minimum: a passport valid for at least six months from your travel date, recent passport-size photos, proof of required vaccinations (meningitis is standard), and confirmed accommodation and transport where your visa type requires it. We'll give you the exact, current checklist for your travel dates and help you get everything in order.

BRN stands for Booking Reference Number — the record that links your visa to a confirmed hotel and transport booking in Saudi Arabia. A "with BRN" visa is tied to that booking and is increasingly the standard route. A "non-BRN" visa is issued without it, which suits some pilgrims arranging their own stay. We'll explain which one fits your plan.

In normal conditions, usually a few working days once your documents are complete. It can take longer in peak season, especially close to Ramadan, so we recommend starting early. We'll always give you a realistic timeline for the period you're travelling in.

Saudi Arabia currently allows adult women to perform Umrah without a mahram, often as part of an organised group. However, these rules can change, so we always confirm the latest requirements for your specific travel dates before you book. If you have questions about travelling as a woman or a group of women, just ask — we'll give you a clear, current answer.

Yes. We can include airport transfers, the Makkah–Madinah journey, and movement between your hotels and the Haramain. Some visa packages bundle transport in; with others it's added separately. We'll set it up so you're never stuck working out how to get from one place to the next.

Typically the visa, flights, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, and transport — and sometimes guided ziyarat. Because we build packages around you, we'll tell you exactly what's in and what's not, with each part priced clearly. No hidden extras.

Earlier is almost always better, especially for popular dates like Ramadan, when flights and good hotels sell out and prices climb. Booking ahead gives you more choice and better rates. That said, we can also help with shorter-notice trips — message us with your dates and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.

Yes. We provide domestic and international flight tickets, often at better rates than booking directly on the airline's website. You don't have to buy a full package to use us for flights.

Everything is handled online for your convenience. Message us on WhatsApp with your plans, we'll talk through your options honestly, and we'll guide you through booking and payment step by step. You'll have support before you travel, during your trip, and after you return.

Because we'd rather tell you the truth than make a quick sale. We give honest advice, transparent pricing, and real guidance on hotels and timing — and we're genuinely reachable throughout your journey. We're not here to be the cheapest or to call ourselves number one. We're here to be your honest Umrah guide.
